The William & Mary Business Law Review, Volume 17, is now closed for submissions. Submissions for Volume 18 will open in Spring 2026.

Submission Requirements
All manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. In addition to a manuscript, WMBLR requires authors to submit a cover letter and cirriculum vitae. In the cover letter, please include both a total word count and a word count excluding footnotes. WMBLR considers articles of word counts between roughly 12,000 and 25,000 words.
